Register early for best class selection. Pre-register for five or more classes and your general admission is free! After the pre-registration deadline, you may still register for classes on-site at the Expo, beginning at 8:00am each day of the show (Thursday, Friday and Saturday).

Every class attendee must have a ticket. Children age 12 and under are admitted to the Exhibit Hall at no charge when accompanied by an adult. Children under 8 are not allowed into the classrooms.

Value Packages are the best way to get the most class for your money. Value Packages are NOT available at the door. They are available only during the Pre-registration period.

Class materials fees – It’s more than what’s in the bag . . .

When your class includes a Materials Fee, you’re getting a lot for your money. This year, Original Sewing & Quilt Expo classrooms will use more than 4,800 spools of thread, 7,500 yards of fabric and enough batting to cover four football fields. Talk about a supply list! In addition, more than $4,000,000 in sewing machines, sergers and notions are made available for your hands-on Studio classroom experience. You don’t have to carry a lot of supplies from home, and you get to experience the latest tools and machines.

Class Sessions
All classes count as one session except when otherwise noted in the description. A multiple-session class might be longer, or more rare in terms of educational content, or it might require extraordinary preparation to bring it to you. When you see a class session that includes an “X” (like C40X), check your schedule and tickets carefully for starting and ending times, as these are extended sessions.

Cancellation Policy: Tickets to Original Sewing & Quilt Expo are sold on the same basis as those for cultural performances, football games and other one-time events. Mark your calendar carefully since all admission and class tickets are non-refundable. Please send someone in your place if you are unable to attend the Expo.
